Orders & shipping

How do I return my order?

Returns are honoured within 30 days for change of mind, size and style in exchange for a store credit. Returned swimwear must be unused, unworn, unaltered, in new condition, with tags and liners intact. All returns will be inspected before store credit is granted.

Store credit is valid for 12 months and can be used storewide. Please allow 3 business days after the return has arrived with us to process your store credit.

If an item is purchased during a sales promotion period and is returned for credit, replacement items will be re-purchased at the value they are listed for on our site at the time of re-purchase (should the promotion period, discount code end).

All items marked ‘Final Sale’ are not eligible for return.

Please note that return shipping is at customer's expense.

Are there any shipping costs?

Australia

For orders under $150 a shipping cost of $9,95 is charged.
For orders over $150 a shipping cost of $14,95 is charged.
All orders over $200 will be delivered for free.

International

For orders under $200 a shipping cost of $30 is charged.
For orders over $200 a shipping cost of $45 is charged.

Can I still change my order?

If you want to change your order, please send us an email to soulsisswim@gmail.com. We will see what is still possible, if the order has been shipped you will need to return the items and reorder.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a track & trace code by mail. This way you can track your order.

Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours before the track & trace is available. Can't track your package after 48h? Please send us an email to soulsisswim@gmail.com and we will contact the shipping company.

Can I use a discount code along with my store credit/ gift voucher?

Yes, enter the discount code and apply. Repeat the process with your store credit / gift voucher.

Do I have to create an account?

No, you don't have to create an account. However, we strongly recommend that you create an account so that you can take advantage of the various benefits it offers. For example, you will be able to access your account easily the next time you visit us, and you will also be able to get personalized recommendations and services tailored to your needs. By creating an account with us, you will be able to make the most out of our services and save time in the future.

How do I change my account password?

If you have forgotten your password, don't worry. You can easily reset it by clicking the 'forgot password' link. Once you click the link, you will receive an email with instructions on how to create a new password. Follow the instructions to set a new password that is secure and easy to remember. Remember to keep your password safe and never share it with anyone.
